How can I log in the app?
There are two methods for logging in. The first method entails entering your full name, the date of arrival at the destination, and the destination to which you are traveling. The second method requires inputting the Lotus Asia Tours Booking Reference Number, obtainable from your travel agency or tour operator. If you encounter difficulty logging in, click on "Request Access" and furnish the required information: full name, email, or phone number (for the latter, include the country prefix before the phone number, e.g., +44), the date of arrival at the destination, and the destination of your travel. Additionally, include a brief message to provide further information to our team if you consider it necessary.
Do I need to create an account?
No, there is no need for you to create an account. If your trip includes services with LAT - Lotus Asia Tours, access will be granted automatically, provided that you provide the necessary information to access the app.
Is it mandatory to use the LAT App?
While we don't require you to use the LAT App, we highly recommend accessing it for complete information about your trip. Failure to do so may result in difficulties obtaining essential trip details. Please note that we do not furnish physical documents upon arrival at your destination; hence, the LAT App is the sole method to seamlessly enhance your travel experience.
Do you offer an assistance phone number?
Yes, we have a centralised customer service number: +622150889686. Upon accessing the App, you will find a designated section dedicated to customer assistance, allowing you to effortlessly connect with our customer service team.
Is my phone supported?
Our LAT App is supported on the following platforms: iOS and Android.
Is the Mobile App secure?
Yes. All critical information is encrypted, and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account. Our staff may also use the information collected to seek further clarification and/or additional information in order to help meet our customers’ requirements. We never sell or give away this information to any third party. It is only gathered to contact the users about services on our site for which an expression of interest has been logged with us.
Does it cost anything to use the Mobile App?
No. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.
How current are the information I see in the LAT App?
The information displayed in the LAT App is in real-time, ensuring its constant accuracy. Whenever there is an update to your itinerary, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone (it is recommended to enable app notifications).
Do I have to make payment online?
No, the app does not support online payment. If you intend to make optional excursions purchases, the customer service team will contact you directly for additional information.
How many language are featured in the app?
Currently, our app operates in English, Italian, and Spanish. Additionally, our customer service team is proficient in English, Italian, and Spanish.
Will I receive notifications in the event of a change in the timing of the services?
Yes, the LAT App supports push notifications. We can upload real-time updates to your personal account, and you will receive notifications. Additionally, we can provide PDF files such as flight tickets, entrance fees, etc.
