Update on Indonesia Arrival Procedures

Indonesia has recently updated its immigration requirements for international travellers. Starting 1 September 2025, visitors arriving in Bali must transition to the new All Indonesia Arrival Card system, accessible at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.

This platform integrates the SATUSEHAT Health Pass and the e-CD Customs Declaration, streamlining processes and reducing the number of mandatory forms to three instead of four.

Currently, international travellers are required to complete the following:

1. E-Visa – evisa.imigrasi.go.id

2. Health & e-CD (All Indonesia Arrival Card) – allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

3. Tourist Levy for Bali – lovebali.baliprov.go.id

These updates aim to simplify the arrival process and provide a more efficient system for visitors. We recommend all travellers ensure they complete the required forms prior to departure to avoid delays on arrival.
