Warm greetings from the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, a member of The LEading Hotels of the World in Bali. Let us take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and business partnership with our property.

2010, as well as 2011 will be exciting years for our Hotel. We are delighted to share some refreshing news with you in regards of the planned Superior Room refurbishment and renovations which will commence on June 01st, 2010. The renovation will be administered in phases and you will see some of the changes in the small explanation here below. As we work hard to make our Hotel even more inviting and beautiful, we want to assure you that we will make our renovation period as easy as possible for you, bearing in mind the valued guests, the business and loyalty you have given us in the past, present and future.

As you may well know, our strength and uniqueness lies in the Balinese architecture and way of life that our Hotel has maintained over the years. A large number of our staff has been with us for many years and the friendliness and warm welcome of the Balinese poeple. as well as hard work and the continued upgrading of various areas and features, have rewarded us with success over the years. But even in Bali we are eager to go with the latest trends and amenities to make our guests have not only an experience but also a great deal of comfort. Our immediate attention for renovation goes to our 222 Superior Rooms. These rooms will see a complete new concept by first installing brand new bathrooms and new design concepts. The Desin conceptualized by Tierra Design out of Perth will show a 'flow' of these rooms which will allow you to have increased space and comfort starting from new closet and cabinet space to flat screen televisions on the wall, features, new mini bar and safes as well as change of color, style and lightning. Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa will offer high standard of comfort and luxury and an experience that will inspire you and awaken the wish to return.

We are proud to make this announcement and look forward to working closely with you throughout the Hotel's refurbishment process.

Please find below a brief overview of the immediate scope and duration of the first phase. The progress of the renovation will be updated regularly on our website and upon the completion and approval of the mock up room, it will be posted on the web as well for you to understand the new product, services and look. We will advise you about the progress and the next phase in due time as phase one goes on.

Stage 1: 80 Superior Rooms in our Nusa Dua Wing (right hand side of the Hotel - see map) Breakfast will continue to be served in our Wedang Jahe Restaurant, should any chanes occur you will be advised timely
