Bali Dynasty Resort-Renovation Announcement

 

RENOVATIONS ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the second renovation of the family rooms and partial superior rooms upgrade that was completed in June 2009, we will continue with the final phase of the renovation for the balance of the 126 rooms facing the inner and outer garden.

Project Work Area     North Garden Wing & South Garden Wings (see resort plan below)
Start Date: 1st February 2010
Completion Date: 31st May 2010   

Scope of Work:    Complete renovation of two wings including bedrooms and corridors. All bedrooms will have:
•    New Bathrooms
•    New flooring, ceilings, decoration
•    New Air conditioning systems
•    New doors, frames and patio doors
•    New furniture
•    New AV including flat screen LCD TVs and DVD players. 

Inconvenience:    The 2 wings will be completely partitioned off
Level of disturbance    Most tiling will involve tiling over to reduce noise of knocking out. It is anticipated first month to be noisier with the subsequent months becoming quieter and quieter.

Hours of Work:    9am – 6pm, 7 days a week


•    All other facilities will be available as normal
•    There will be minimal disturbance as the renovation is not at the pool area.
