In 1997, Lotus Enterprises acquired a 60% majority share of an existing travel
agency in Lombok. Under the management of Mr. Giuseppe Marchesi, a tourism
expert living in Lombok since 1990, the agency was renamed Lotus
Asia Tours Lombok after a period of training and implementation of
our standards, policies and procedures. This branch has become a leading
travel agency in Lombok as shown by the number of clients and quality of
services. |

| The future plan of Lotus
Travel Division is to open branch offices in various part of
Indonesia as well as in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam in order
to create an integrated network of Travel Agencies in Asia and taking
advantage of the synergy among its branch offices. |
