Lotus Asia Tours represents over 50 Tour Operators worldwide, mostly
from Europe. It acquires new clients continuously due to its ongoing
marketing efforts and its reputation of excellence. From its headquarters
in Bali, the travel agency operation covers all of Indonesia with
the assistance of selected representatives in various parts of archipelago,
which have been trained to meet Lotus Asia Tours' high standards of

| The future plan of Lotus
Travel Division is to open branch offices in various part of
Indonesia as well as in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam in order
to create an integrated network of Travel Agencies in Asia and taking
advantage of the synergy among its branch offices. |
