Day 1

Arrival Medan - Berastagi 

Arrival and welcome services at  Medan airport. Transfer into town for lunch and departure to the cool mountain resort of  Berastagi. Dinner at the hotel. (L, D)

 
   

Day 2

Berastagi - Parapat/Lake Toba

 

After breakfast departure to Parapat via the ring road  of Lake Toba. On the way visit the Sipiso-piso waterfall  and a longhouse of  the Batak Simalungun Kings  at  Pematang Purba. Lunch en route.  Arrival  at the hotel in Parapat  or  on Samosir  Island.  Dinner at the hotel. (B, L, D)

 
     

Day 3

Parapat/Lake Toba
 

Excursion by boat to three traditional villages on Samosir island : Ambarita, to see the stone chairs of King Siallagan and traditional Batak houses, Simanindo to watch the Tor-tor dance performance, Tomok for the old tomb of King Sidabutar. Lunch en-route included. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight. (B , L , D)

 

Day 4

Parapat/Berastagi - Medan - Departure

After an early breakfast departure to Medan via Pematang Siantar and the old plantation road. Transfer to the airport for the flight to the next destination. (B)
